Job summary

Black Bear Lodge Treatment Center in the mountains of northern Georgia seeks a licensed mental health professional to join our residential program. You will provide individual therapy, facilitate process therapy groups, and coordinate discharge planning for seamless community reintegration.

Our team emphasizes collaborative care, a serene campus setting, and a commitment to evidence-based treatment for co-occurring disorders. Georgia licensure or eligibility is required.

Qualifications

• GA licensure in a mental health field or eligibility
• 1 year of mental health or substance abuse experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Ensures orientation of new clients immediately upon admission.
• Obtains history and presenting information as delineated in program policy.
• Facilitate process therapy group and/or psycho-education groups.
• Provides individual therapy to clients on assigned caseload.
• Maintains appointed continuous caseload of actively engaged individuals.
• Coordinates comprehensive discharge plan to ensure seamless community reintegration.
