Responsibilities

  • Performs regular wellness checks on patients.
  • Chart significant events that occur regarding patient treatment.
  • Performs ground and room safety checks throughout shift.
  • Facilitates assigned groups as necessary.
  • Processes new intakes and discharges patients.
  • Administers and records vital signs, accompanies/monitors patients to offsite events/activities and appointments as needed.

Education
