Job summary

Willow Springs Center is seeking a licensed Therapist to join our inpatient program in Reno, NV. You will assess patients, develop treatment plans and document progress as part of an interdisciplinary team.

You will provide group, individual and family therapy, assist with discharge planning and coordinate with community providers while addressing crisis situations in line with facility protocols.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy or similar field.
• A minimum of one year of clinical experience in a psychiatric or mental health setting preferred.
• Must possess licensure as an LCSW, LCPC or MFT; evidence of licensure required at interview.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical services to patients in the Inpatient Program.

Position Summary

The Therapist will provide clinical services to patients in our Inpatient Program. Therapists make assessments, create treatment plans, serve as part of an interdisciplinary treatment team and document in the patient chart interactions with patients and family as well as the patient's progress toward reaching treatment goals.

Therapists also engage in discharge planning activities. The Therapist provides group, individual and family therapy activities and collaborates with community providers, social service agencies and other therapeutic programs. Therapists are called upon to perform crisis intervention and to address hostile behaviors in accordance with facility approved interventions.

Qualifications

EDUCATION

EXPERIENCE

LICENSURE
