The BridgeWay is seeking a full‑time Therapist to join the team. As a member of the multidisciplinary treatment team, the Therapist provides direct patient care including completion of social assessments, formulation of treatment plans, and provision of individual, group, family, and special focus group psychotherapy. The Therapist also completes discharge and continuing care plans, interfaces with referral sources, community service agencies, businesses, employers, and healthcare facilities, and ensures compliance with quality patient care standards and regulatory requirements such as the Joint Commission and State Health Department regulations.
Licenses or Certifications: Current Arkansas licensure in specialty. Employee must be in good standing with licensing board and must maintain license as a condition of employment. Employee should have current CPR and CPI certifications, or must obtain within 2‑weeks of hire (offered onsite). Employee must maintain certification with CPR and CPI as a condition of employment.
Education, vocational training and experience: Minimum of a Master’s Degree in Social Work or Counseling or equivalent degree. Must have documented experience working in the field. Specialty in substance use disorder preferred.
