As a member of the multidisciplinary treatment team, the Therapist provides direct patient care, including social assessments, treatment plan formulation, individual, group, family, and specialized psychotherapy, as well as discharge and continuing care planning. The Therapist collaborates with referral sources, community agencies, businesses, and healthcare facilities, ensuring compliance with quality care standards, Joint Commission, State Health Department, and other regulatory requirements.
