Community Solutions, Inc. (CSI) seeks an MST Practitioner in Hutchinson, KS to provide intensive, home‑based therapy for youth and families involved in the juvenile justice system.

The role requires a Master’s degree in a related field (Bachelor’s with experience considered) and travel within a 90‑minute radius. You will work from the Hutchinson office, delivering evidence‑based MST interventions and collaborating with schools, social services, and court systems.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or related field is required.
• Bachelor’s degree accepted with relevant experience.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation; travel within 90‑minute radius.

Responsibilities

Overview

Community Solutions, Inc. (CSI) has been delivering community-based services for over 60years, supporting individuals in the child welfare, juvenile justice, and criminal justice systems. The MST Practitioner works at the CSI Hutchinson Office, providing intensive, home‑based therapy to youth and families involved in the juvenile justice system.

Multisystemic Therapy (MST)

MST is an evidence‑based, home‑based intervention for adolescents 12–17 who are chronic offenders, violent, or substance‑abusing. The program uses intensive therapy (maximum 6 clients) and aims to increase family retention and promote lasting behavior change.

• Annual Salary: $50,000‑55,000.
