Job summary

Rebound Behavioral Health is seeking a Therapist I to deliver direct clinical services, including individual and group therapy, family sessions, and crisis intervention, within an inpatient setting.

Working with a multidisciplinary team, you will help develop treatment plans, monitor progress, and ensure coordinated patient-centered care while supporting growth in a collaborative hospital environment.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling or related field.
• Eligibility for licensure (LMSW, LCSWA, LPCA, LMFTA, etc.).
• One or more years’ experience in similar patient populations.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, group and family therapy as part of treatment planning.
• Perform psychosocial assessments and contribute to discharge planning.
• Maintain documentation of therapy services per standards.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, nurses, case managers and other staff.
• Provide crisis intervention and adapt services for inpatient or outpatient settings.
