Job summary

Neuro Wellness Spa provides cutting-edge mental health care with a patient-centered approach across California. We seek a dedicated therapist to manage a caseload of 25+ clients, conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and coordinating care for services like TMS and PHP/IOP.

The role requires strong clinical skills, excellent communication, and a commitment to patient-centered care. This is a full-time, hybrid position with a schedule of 30 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Master's or doctoral degree in Counseling, Clinical Psychology, Social Work or related field.
• Valid registered associates number with the BBS.
• Experience with TMS and higher levels of care preferred.
• Experience with electronic health record systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual therapy to clients weekly with evidence-based techniques.
• Complete same-day clinical documentation and maintain up-to-date records.
• Collaborate with treatment team including psychiatrists, care coordinators and nurses.
