Job summary

Neuro Wellness Spa is seeking a dedicated therapist to provide individual therapy, complete assessments, and develop treatment plans for a caseload of 25+ clients in a hybrid California setting.

Responsibilities include coordinating care with psychiatrists, documenting sessions, and participating in weekly supervision to enhance clinical skills. Benefits include health coverage and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Master’s or doctoral degree in Counseling, Clinical Psychology, Social Work or related field.
• Valid registered associates number with the BBS.
• Experience with TMS and higher levels of care (residential, PHP/IOP) preferred.
• Experience with electronic health record systems.

Responsibilities

• Conduct individual therapy sessions weekly and document progress.
• Maintain up-to-date client records including treatment plans and progress notes.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, care coordinators, and TMS staff to ensure comprehensive care.
• Provide crisis intervention and support to clients as needed.
• Engage in ongoing training and supervision to stay current with best practices.
