Job summary

Massachusetts Center for Adolescent Wellness (MCAW) of the South Shore in Braintree is seeking licensed or licensure-eligible Master-level clinicians to facilitate therapeutic groups in our adolescent IOP. The role emphasizes engagement with teens and evidence-based groups such as DBT and CBT.

Shifts run 3:30 PM–7:00 PM, Monday–Thursday, with a minimum of two shifts weekly. Collaboration with other clinicians is essential to support youths aged 13–17 in a supportive, outpatient setting.

Qualifications

• Must have Master's Degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, or a related field.
• Licensed or licensure-eligible clinicians preferred.
• Strong communication skills and enthusiasm for working with teens.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate therapeutic groups in the Intensive Outpatient Program in Braintree, MA.

SEEKING EVENING GROUP FACILITATORS for ADOLESCENT IOP

Massachusetts Center for Adolescent Wellness (MCAW) of the South Shore, located in Braintree, offers comprehensive mental health treatment, primarily through therapeutic groups, for adolescents aged 13 to 17 years old. There is an emphasis on helping our clients make lasting changes in their lives. Range of therapeutic groups offered including: DBT, CBT, Healthy Relationships and Boundaries, Expressive Art, Anger Management, Self Compassion, etc.

We are seeking Master-Level, Licensed, OR Licensed Eligible Clinicians who have the clinical expertise to facilitate THERAPEUTIC GROUPS in our Intensive Outpatient Program in Braintree, MA.

Hours are 330-7 PM Monday through Thursday evenings - minimum of 2 shifts weekly required for continuity. Opportunity to pick up coverage shifts during daytime hours (830-3) as well.

We are seeking:

• Clinicians with Master's Degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, or a related field (Required)


• Clinicians who have strong communication skills, are creative, clinically skilled and have enthusiasm for working with teens


• Clinicians who enjoy working with other dedicated mental health professionals

Compensation is commensurate with experience and licensure. Supervision towards licensure can also be discussed.
