Job summary

ilearn wellness group in Newton, MA is seeking an IOP Clinician for a part-time afternoon/evening role to support adolescents in an intensive outpatient program. You will assess patients, lead groups, and coordinate care in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, while maintaining timely documentation in the EHR.

The ideal candidate holds a MA license (LMHC/LICSW/LCSW/MHC) and a Master’s in Social Work or Mental Health Counseling, with at least 3 years in a mental health setting.

Qualifications

• Valid MA license (LMHC/LICSW/LCSW/MHC) required.
• Master’s in Social Work or Mental Health Counseling.
• At least 3 years of mental health experience.
• Experience with adolescent population preferred.
• Knowledge of IOP setting and intake assessments.

Responsibilities

• Conduct clinical intake assessments and assess appropriate level of care.
• Lead 3–hour weekly groups (CBT/DBT skills, psychoeducation, social skills, safety planning).
• Provide case management and coordinate with other providers.
• Obtain insurance authorization for treatment services.
• Conduct individual and family meetings as appropriate.
• Document all clinical activities in the EHR in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and PHP/Outpatient staff for continuity of care.
