Oaks Integrated Care Inc. in New Jersey seeks a Therapist to provide mental health counseling for adults, children and families. The role emphasizes individual, family, and group therapy within a team-based setting.

The position requires a master’s degree in a mental health field and NJ licensure/eligibility, with responsibility for clinical writing, crisis intervention, and coordinating care with partner providers.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a recognized mental health discipline.
• NJ Provisional License LSW/LAC required.
• NJ Clinical License LCSW/LPC, LMFT required.
• Clinical experience with individuals and/or families.

Responsibilities

• Engage and assess consumer strengths and needs
• Develop individual service plan to address presenting problems
• Provide individual, family and group therapy address identified needs and presenting problems
• Provide crisis intervention when necessary
• Collaborate with other service providers
• Advocate for consumers and families within all systems involved (CSOC, DCPP)
• Provide psychoeducation
• Provide supportive telephone contact with families as needed
• Maintain clinical records
• Submit weekly, monthly, quarterly, and semi-annual reports
• Attend supervision as required
• Attend intra-agency and interagency meetings as required
• Maintain required level of service
