Job summary

Oaks Integrated Care in Pine Hill, New Jersey, is seeking a licensed therapist to join our Children’s Residential Services. This full-time role offers 40 hours per week, with two evening shifts and on-call crisis coverage.

Responsibilities include biopsychosocial assessments, individual and group therapy, family sessions, and coordination with families and the treatment team. A Master’s degree and licensure are required, with youth mental health experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree required in clinical social work, psychology, sociology, or equivalent.
• Licensed Social Worker (LSW) or Licensed Associate Counselor (LAC); LPC/LCSW preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year of youth mental health services experience.
• Valid driver’s license in good standing.
• Familiarity with the Nurtured Heart Approach preferred.
• Pre-employment drug screening required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct biopsychosocial and intake assessments.
• Develop safety/soothing plans and document; consult with families.
• Provide individual therapy using evidence-based practice.
• Facilitate group therapy.
• Lead family therapy with family of origin or natural supports.
• Maintain daily face-to-face contact and check-ins with each youth.
• Attend and direct monthly treatment team meetings.
• Model and train staff in the Nurtured Heart Approach.
• Offer ongoing clinical case management services.
• Document case information and maintain client records in the EHR.
• Facilitate service linkages and referrals; assist in staff training.
• Cooperate with Oaks Integrated Care and DHS inspections.
