Job Overview:

We are currently hiring a Therapist to join our team. In this role, you will provide counseling and therapeutic services to individuals, families, and groups, addressing mental health challenges, substance use disorders, and other needs. You will assess, diagnose, and treat clients using evidence-based techniques to promote well-being.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Provide individual, group, and family counseling in diverse settings.
  2. Conduct intake screenings, assessments, and evaluations.
  3. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
  4. Facilitate group counseling and specialized services like trauma therapy.
  5. Document all client services according to standards.
  6. Participate in clinical meetings to ensure effective care.
  7. Address crisis situations and provide emergency interventions.
  8. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for continuity of care.
  9. Provide training on evidence-based practices to peers.
  10. Represent the agency in community outreach.
Education and Experience:
  • Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or related field.
  • Licensure as LPC, LCSW, or LMFT.
  • Willingness to obtain licensure in additional states.
  • Comfort with providing telehealth services (training provided).
