For nearly 60 years, Calvary Healing Center has provided a full continuum of care, specializing in addiction treatment for adults across the Phoenix area and Nationwide. Calvary’s proven treatment programs address the practical, physical, and spiritual aspects of addiction for lasting recovery. Our flagship location in Phoenix offers onsite detoxification and residential treatment programs, a partial hospitalization program (PHP), and an intensive outpatient program (IOP). We also have a satellite clinic offering Intensive Outpatient Programs in the West Valley region. Through our programs, we offer many other holistic healing and treatment options, ranging from yoga, art workshops, and music.

Summary of Duties:
To provide direct patient care to behavioral health patients to ensure the safety and well-being of patients and staff. Create and implement individualized treatment plans for patients in a timely manner. Treatment plans should be consistent with the needs indicated in psycho-social history and appropriate assessments. Facilitate group therapy in a manner that optimizes peer experiences and input.
