Job summary

Lyon-Martin Community Health Services in San Francisco is seeking a Licensed Therapist to lead the Eating Disorder Outreach (EDO) program. The role focuses on psychotherapy with LGBTQIA+ clients, co-occurring disorders, and gender-affirming care within an integrated care team.

Qualifications

Master's degree or higher in social work, marriage & family therapy, psychology or related field.
California license (LCSW, LMFT, PsyD/LPCC) or in progression toward licensure.
Clinical experience in eating disorder or LGBTQIA+ care and integrated health settings.

Responsibilities

Evaluate and treat mental health/substance use disorders within individual sessions.
Maintain a caseload of three scheduled patients per half-day session for active EDO care.
Lead EDO program development, policy/procedure creation, and quality improvement efforts.
Attend weekly Mental Health Team meetings and supervision with the EDO team.
Provide gender-affirming assessments and prepare letters of support as needed.
