Orthopaedics Plus in Massachusetts seeks a licensed Physical Therapist to join a therapist-owned, mentorship-focused clinic. Qualifications

• Licensed or license-eligible in Massachusetts.
• Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy program.

Responsibilities

• Provide thoughtful, patient-centered care while managing your schedule and achieving productivity goals.
• Apply strong clinical reasoning to help patients navigate their recovery, not simply follow protocols.
• Maintain clear and timely documentation using our AI-supported documentation system.
• Collaborate with a team of clinicians who value shared learning, feedback, and professional growth.
• Attend weekly team meetings, monthly in‑services, and regular 1:1 check-ins with your team leader (all on the clock).
