Job summary

This PRN daytime role supports licensed therapists, administers treatment plans, and helps patients regain independence through adaptive equipment and home exercise programs.

You will document patient progress, communicate changes to the supervising OT, and collaborate with the care team to ensure high-quality therapy services in a facility setting.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Occupational Therapy Assistant required.
• Current, unencumbered state COTA license; NBCOT certification required.
• 1 year of previous experience as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant preferred.
• Implements individualized treatment plans under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist.
• Documents patient progress and reports changes in patient status to the supervising OT.
• Educates patients on adaptive equipment and home exercise programs.
