What You Will Do:

• Under supervision, provides a full range of behavioral health treatment, including diagnostic assessment, individual, family, and group therapy, crisis intervention, and other services.
• Provides diagnosis and treatment of behavioral health disorders within scope of practice and under clinical supervision.
• Commits to quality care through professional growth and learning opportunities; utilizes best practices for patient engagement and retention.
• Ensures patient safety through ongoing screening, documentation of risk factors, and developing safety plans.
• Promotes patient recovery through collaborative treatment planning and involving natural support persons.
• Understands and ensures compliance with Patient Care Standards (PCS).
• Supports revenue through timely documentation and maintaining current treatment plans.
• Effectively utilizes EMR and video-conferencing software, ensuring compliance with HIPAA and confidentiality laws.
• Contributes positively to patient, referral source, and employee satisfaction; participates in strategic planning and quality initiatives.

What You Will Need:

• Active LPC or LSW license through the Ohio CSWMFT Board; dependent license through the Ohio Credentialing Board preferred.
• Heart Saver, Aegis Crisis Prevention, and First Aid certification within 6 months of hire.
• Effective communication skills, sensitive to cultural needs.
• Successful completion of a 180-day probationary period.
