What You Will Do:
- Under supervision, provides a full range of behavioral health treatment, including diagnostic assessment, individual, family, and group therapy, crisis intervention, and other services.
- Provides diagnosis and treatment of behavioral health disorders within scope of practice and under clinical supervision.
- Commits to quality care through professional growth and learning opportunities; utilizes best practices for patient engagement and retention.
- Ensures patient safety through ongoing screening, documentation of risk factors, and developing safety plans.
- Promotes patient recovery through collaborative treatment planning and involving natural support persons.
- Understands and ensures compliance with Patient Care Standards (PCS).
- Supports revenue through timely documentation and maintaining current treatment plans.
- Effectively utilizes EMR and video-conferencing software, ensuring compliance with HIPAA and confidentiality laws.
- Contributes positively to patient, referral source, and employee satisfaction; participates in strategic planning and quality initiatives.
What You Will Need:
- Active LPC or LSW license through the Ohio CSWMFT Board; dependent license through the Ohio Credentialing Board preferred.
- Heart Saver, Aegis Crisis Prevention, and First Aid certification within 6 months of hire.
- Effective communication skills, sensitive to cultural needs.
- Successful completion of a 180-day probationary period.
