Camelot Community Care a nationally recognized, multi-state provider of mental health, substance use, foster care and other social services to children, adolescents and teens, seeks aTherapistfor an innovative, multi-site, school-based day treatment program in the Greater Cincinnati, Hamilton County area, utilizing the best practice mode, Trust-Based Relational Intervention (TBRI). Camelot is certified by the Ohio Department of Mental Health & Addiction Services and accredited by the Council on Accreditation (COA).

Camelot Community Careseeks aLicensed, Masters level Therapistfor an innovative Day Treatment Program currently imbedded in several Cincinnati and Hamilton County school districts. The Therapist provides a full range of mental health services for children assigned to the school-based day treatment program including planning and conducting day treatment group therapy, diagnostic assessment, psychotherapy, care management and consultation. Assumes oversight of clinical services, safety and compliance with all applicable state regulations of assigned day treatment unit. Assures fidelity with the Trust-Based Relational Intervention (TBRI) service model and Therapeutic Crisis Intervention (TCI) techniques.

· Convenes treatment teams, leads the treatment team in development of treatment planning, and formulates treatment goals, interventions and objectives to meet child and family’s needs.

· Writes Individual Service Plans and safety plans (when indicated) and evaluates progress of each client.

· Manages the care of clients in the school-based day treatment program.

· Attends Psychiatrist appointments, as required.

· Provides clinical oversight to treatment team and assists Behavioral Specialists with problem solving.

· Coordinates treatment internally, effectively collaborates with school administrators, teachers, counselors, nurses and other school staff.

· Effectively consults and collaborates with external service providers on behalf of the child and family.

· Attends hospital, IEP meetings and dependency hearings when these may significantly impact a child’s treatment.

· Responsible for the design and implementation of the therapeutic milieu, ensuring the integration of individual treatment plans into programming.

· Completes and/or oversees the timely completion of all required documentation and statistical reporting data including, but not limited to, service tickets, progress notes, 30 day and quarterly service plans, discharge summaries, outcomes measures and other reports as required.

· Attends agency and departmental meetings.

Experience:

Requires at least one year of paid experience serving SED children and adolescents. Experience working in a day treatment milieu is highly desirable.

Education:

A Master’s Degree in Counseling or Social Work is strongly preferred, but will accept a BSW, LSW with relevant experience.

Licensure:

Requires Ohio licensureas a social worker (LISW or LSW) or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPCC or LPC).
