Hope For Youth, Inc. invites licensed or license-eligible psychologists, social workers, and mental health providers to join a dedicated team implementing CPP within the FOCUS and FTT programs on Long Island. You will work with children ages 0-5 and their families using trauma-informed interventions.

Qualifications

• Experience with CPP, TF-CBT, and ITCT models preferred.
• Licensed or license-eligible mental health professional.
• Comfort with working with children aged 0-5 and their families.

Responsibilities

• Work with children (0-5) and caregivers to address trauma and family disruption.
• Strengthen parent-child relationships and improve interpersonal dynamics.
• Support parents in understanding their own trauma and its impact on parenting.
• Assist clients in recognizing how trauma influences ongoing behavior patterns.
