Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments, as well as individual, couples, and family therapy for patients.
• Coordinate seamlessly with non-physician providers to ensure comprehensive psychiatric care.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of all patient encounters, promptly recording both direct and attempted contacts.
• Employ proficient psychotherapeutic modalities to address a spectrum of disorders, with a keen focus on childhood conditions.
• Reassess patients periodically and adapt treatment plans as required to achieve optimal outcomes.

Required Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Social or Behavioral Sciences from an accredited institution.
• Current Texas License as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), and/or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in psychotherapy.
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred, to better serve our diverse community.
