JOB DESCRIPTION:

Centerstone is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Therapist to join our Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC) team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality behavioral health services to individuals, families, and groups, focusing on promoting mental health, wellness, and recovery. As a CCBHC Therapist, you will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of our clients.

Pay Range: $60,000 - $90,000

MLC Sign on Bonus: $3,000

Licensed Therapist Sign On Bonus: $5,000

Candidates with years of experience may be eligible for additional pay.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Maintain necessary communications and reporting with referral sources and other involved parties as approved by client.
• Maintain effective working relationships with the clinical team.
• Maintain timely/accurate clinical records in accordance with organization policies.
• Maintain effective relationships with Community referral sources.
• Participate in the development and implementation of quality clinical practices.
• Meet billable hour productivity standards.
• Complete ANSA/CANS assessments and reassessments on time.
• Complete clinical documentation within two business days of the service provided.
• Complete treatment plans and other clinical service authorizations in a timely manner.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES

• Effectively communicate via written, verbal, in person and virtual methods.
• Provide excellent customer service to individuals seeking our services.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education Level: Master’s degree in social work, psychology, or related field is required.

Years of Experience: Three to five years’ experience in behavioral health environment is preferred. Experience in evidence-based and best practices interventions is preferred.

Certification/Licensure: Must have an active Three or Four letter license associate license or Indiana license eligible.

Pay Range: $43,900.00--$61,370.00
