Job Description

Centerstone is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Therapist to join our Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC) team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality behavioral health services to individuals, families, and groups, focusing on promoting mental health, wellness, and recovery. As a CCBHC Therapist, you will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of our clients.

Pay Range: $60,000 - $90,000

Pay Range by License: $60,000- $70,000 (All three-letter license, Associate, and pending licenses); $70,000- $90,000 (All 4-letter license)

Note: Candidates with years of experience may be eligible for additional pay.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
  1. Maintain necessary communications and reporting with referral sources and other involved parties as approved by the client.
  2. Maintain effective working relationships with the clinical team.
  3. Maintain timely and accurate clinical records in accordance with organization policies.
  4. Maintain effective relationships with community referral sources.
  5. Participate in the development and implementation of quality clinical practices.
  6. Meet billable hour productivity standards.
  7. Complete ANSA/CANS assessments and reassessments on time.
  8. Complete clinical documentation within two business days of the service provided.
  9. Complete treatment plans and other clinical service authorizations in a timely manner.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
  • Effectively communicate via written, verbal, in person, and virtual methods.
  • Provide excellent customer service to individuals seeking our services.
Qualifications

Education: Master's degree in social work, psychology, or related field is required.

Experience: Three to five years' experience in behavioral health environment is preferred. Experience in evidence-based and best practices interventions is preferred.

Certification/Licensure: Must have an active Three or Four-letter license, associate license, or be eligible for Indiana license.
