Job summary

Family Health Center – Southwest Indiana in Vincennes, IN seeks an Associate or Clinical Therapist to deliver evidence-based mental health services to individuals, families, and groups. The role may be filled by an licensed associate or a fully licensed clinician, with supervision support as needed.

The position involves assessments, treatment planning, individual/group/family therapy (CBT, DBT, trauma-informed care), and close collaboration with a multidisciplinary team to support patient

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or MFT from an accredited program.
• Associate licensure (LSW/LMHCA/LMFTA/LAC) or independent licensure (LCSW/LMHC/LMFT/LCAC) in Indiana.
• Familiarity with DSM-5, HIPAA, and ethical guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Conduct intake assessments and form initial diagnoses under supervision for associates.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices.
• Provide individual, group, and family therapy (CBT, DBT, trauma-informed care, etc.).
• Monitor progress and adjust interventions; document in EHR timely and accurately.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, PCPs, case managers, and other professionals.
