You will work under supervision while delivering therapy across children, adolescents, and adults, with in-person and hybrid settings to support diverse patient needs.

Qualifications

• Associate-level license or eligibility for supervision under state guidelines.
• Strong communication and patient engagement skills.
• Willingness to learn and follow structured workflows and documentation standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual therapy under supervision using evidence-based approaches.
• Complete intake assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists and care teams.
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation in eClinicalWorks (eCW).
• Participate in structured supervision and clinical development.
• Deliver care via in-person and hybrid settings.
