Impireum Psychiatric Group in Bethesda, MD is seeking Associate Therapists (LCSW-A, LPC-A, LMFT-A) to join a growing, multi-state behavioral health team. This role targets early-career clinicians who want structured training, real clinical experience, and a clear pathway within a high-performance, integrated care model.

Under supervision of licensed clinicians, you will deliver therapy across children, adolescents, and adults, complete intake assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes, and

Qualifications

• Associate-level license: LCSW-A, LPC-A, LMFT-A (or equivalent) and eligible for supervision.
• Strong communication and patient engagement skills.
• High level of accountability and willingness to learn.
• Ability to follow structured workflows and documentation standards.

Responsabilités

• Provide individual therapy under supervision using evidence-based approaches
• Complete intake assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, PMHNPs, and care teams
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation in eCW
• Participate in structured supervision and clinical development
• Deliver care via in-person and hybrid settings
