Job summary

Unison Behavioral Health Group is seeking a licensed/licensure-pursuing clinician to provide assessment and therapy to adults in a clinic setting. The role includes crisis intervention, developing treatment plans, and serving as a liaison to social services for clients and their families.

Candidates should have a Master’s degree, pursue licensure (LMFT/LPC/LCSW preferred), and at least one year of related experience; valid in-state driver's license required. A 21+ age minimum applies.

Job Description

Provides assessments and therapy to adult clients in clinic. Provides a broad range of social services to clients and their families. Participates in treatment team planning and performs crisis intervention. Assists in dealing with personal and social problems. Serves as a liaison for social services.

Job Responsibilities

Will work Monday-Thursday, 7 AM - 6 PM.

Competencies

• Knowledge of diagnostic impressions or criteria.
• Knowledge of how client advocacy system operates.
• Knowledge of individual and group therapy techniques.
• Knowledge of various therapeutic modalities and intervention as directly related to area of assignment.
• Knowledge of crises intervention techniques.

Required Minimum Qualifications

Master's degree and pursuing licensure, and one year experience in a social service-related position. Full licensure preferred (LMFT, LPC, LCSW). **Free clinical supervision available** Must be at least 21 years old. Must have a valid in-state driver's license and have a driving record with no more than 6 points. Experience with or knowledge of trauma informed, resilience-oriented care preferred.
