Therapist Assistant
Full‑time, 40 hours/wk
Monday‑Friday 9AM‑8PM, flexible
MultiDimensional Family Therapy, Hartford, CT (community based position)
MultiDimensional Family Therapy (MDFT) is a family‑focused treatment that transforms young lives and provides intensive in‑home and in‑office family, individual, and parent therapy for adolescents struggling with at‑risk behaviors such as substance misuse, behavioral problems, and family conflict.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in human services required.
Experience: At least two years’ experience in a substance‑use setting preferred; demonstrated orientation toward serving people with substance‑use and/or mental‑health issues in the community required.
Licensure/Certification/Registration: Valid driver’s license. Will attend all required program trainings.
Starting at $20.30/hour minimum, and up commensurate upon experience. Rates are determined at the time of offer based on relevant experience and the internal equity policy. Many positions offer program/location differentials and/or sign‑on incentives. (Part‑time positions are pro‑rated.)
