Responsibilities

  • Oversee a caseload of clients ensuring comprehensive therapy delivery.
  • Co-Facilitate therapy sessions for clients and families.
  • Create and monitor individualized treatment plans.
  • Apply evidence-based therapeutic modalities.
  • Guide clients and families during meals when indicated.
  • Facilitate treatment team meetings on client progress.
  • Perform intake evaluations for new clients.

Therapist - Adult IOP (Part-time/Remote)

Position Summary

Provides individual, group, or family psychotherapy. The therapist collaborates in a multi-disciplinary setting with other Emily Program clinicians to provide comprehensive treatment to the client and his or her family.

Schedule
  • Part-time, 20 hours a week
  • Two evenings a week from 3:30-8:30p EST
  • Other hours to be discussed
How Therapists Empower Recovery
  • Oversee a caseload of clients, ensuring comprehensive delivery of both individual and family therapy according to the assigned treatment plan.
  • Co-Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions for clients and their support networks, as assigned, to address specific therapeutic needs.
  • Create, implement, and continuously monitor individualized treatment plans, ensuring they align with the client's evolving therapeutic needs and goals.
  • Apply evidence-based therapeutic modalities in the treatment of clients, ensuring interventions are grounded in the latest research and best practices.
  • Provide guidance and coaching during individual client and family meals when clinically indicated, promoting healthy eating behaviors, and addressing disordered eating patterns.
  • Facilitate and lead treatment team meetings, driving collaborative discussions on client progress and adjustments to treatment strategies.
  • Perform comprehensive intake evaluations to assess new clients, gathering essential clinical information to inform treatment planning.
  • Carry out other tasks as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to support the team’s overall mission.
