Job summary

Adult & Child Health in Indianapolis, IN is seeking a Certified Peer Specialist to support individuals on their recovery journey. You will use lived experience to inspire and guide clients toward their goals, coordinating with the care team and connecting people with community resources.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with individuals to develop personalized treatment plans.
• Maintain regular communication with referral sources and guardians about progress and planning.
• Schedule treatment appointments and provide transportation to Recovery Support Services and community-based services.
• Offer crisis intervention and facilitate group education sessions as scheduled.
• Support clients in accessing medical services and documenting all services per state/federal standards.
