We like to say we focus on what’s “right” with our clients. **Position Summary:** We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Therapist to join our inpatient substance abuse treatment program. The ideal candidate will provide therapeutic services to individuals struggling with addiction, develop tailored treatment plans, and contribute to a supportive and healing environment.**Key Responsibilities:*** Conduct individual and group therapy sessions to address substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health issues.* Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on clinical assessments and client needs.* Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including medical staff, counselors, and case managers, to deliver holistic care.* Provide crisis intervention and ongoing support to clients during their recovery journey.* Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress and treatment outcomes in compliance with regulatory standards.* Facilitate family therapy sessions and educate families on addiction and recovery processes.* Participate in staff meetings, case reviews, and professional development opportunities.## Qualifications**Qualifications:*** Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field preferred.* Licensed in the State of Kansas* Experience working with individuals in substance abuse treatment programs, preferably in an inpatient setting.* Strong understanding of evidence-based treatment modalities, such as CBT, DBT, or trauma-informed care.* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to maintaining client confidentiality.* Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to a fast-paced clinical setting.**Preferred Qualifications:*** Licensure in substance abuse counseling (e.g., LAC, LMAC, LCAC) is a plus.* Bilingual capabilities are highly valued.* Licensed at a clinical level preferred (LCPC, LCMFT, LSCSW)**What We Offer:*** Competitive salary and benefits package.* Opportunities for professional growth and continuing education.* A supportive and collaborative work environment.* The chance to make a meaningful difference in the lives of those overcoming addiction.
