Preferred-Family-Healthcare,-Inc. is seeking a Counselor/Therapist to join our Recovery Services team in Winfield, KS. You will develop individualized treatment plans, conduct group and individual counseling, and support clients in achieving recovery goals within a collaborative environment.

The role emphasizes strong communication, compassion, and ongoing professional development, with responsibilities spanning intake, assessments, documentation, and crisis management as needed.

  • Maintain relationships with clients, referral sources, and coworkers.
  • Handle crisis situations as they arise.
