Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field.
• Full, unrestricted North Carolina licensure in good standing (LCSW, LPC‑MHSP, or LMFT) — no supervision required
• 3+ years of experience providing clinical mental health services
• Comfortable with EMR systems and standard technology tools
• HIPAA‑savvy and committed to ethical, patient‑centered practice

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient therapy to adults, adolescents, and/or children.
• Complete clinical assessments, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans.

Your day‑to‑day role

You’ll provide outpatient therapy to adults, adolescents, and/or children seeking quality care for their behavioral health goals. Your day will consist of completing clinical assessments, diagnosing, individualized treatment planning, timely progress notes, and regular collaboration within your broader care team. You’ll keep your documentation current in our EMR, maintain your licensure, and show up as a thoughtful, engaged presence on the team — not just for your patients, but also for your colleagues.
