RFS Behavioral Health provides therapy to individuals, groups and communities in home, school and office settings throughout Ohio. The clinician delivers in-home or in-office services as requested, including school visits, to support client progress and treatment planning.
The role requires licensure as a Social Worker or Counselor, a minimum of one year of experience, and the ability to adapt to a flexible schedule while maintaining accurate documentation and meeting program standards.
Works with individuals, groups and communities to improve mental health and behavior. Provides therapy to clients in and out of the school environment as well as in the home. Creates and updates diagnostic assessments, treatment plans and treatment plan reviews.
(including but not limited to completion of Social Security forms, authorization or billing forms, phone calls, and participating in case consultation meetings with schools).
Works under the close supervision of an immediate clinical supervisor.
