We provide comprehensive psychological care to children, adolescents, adults, and families in a compassionate and accepting environment, utilizing evidence-based practices and therapeutic modalities to support mental health and wellbeing.

Role Description

This is a contract on-site role for a Therapist located in Mt. Laurel, NJ. The Therapist will be responsible for providing therapy services to clients, conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive mental health care. Additionally, the Therapist will maintain clinical records and adhere to ethical and legal standards for practice.

Qualifications

• Licensed (LPC and LCSW) and/or unlicensed (LAC and LSW)
• Experience providing therapy services to diverse populations with a range of presenting concerns
• Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to establish strong therapeutic alliances, and communicate effectively with clients, families, and colleagues
• Adherence to ethical and legal standards for practice, and commitment to ongoing professional development and growth
• Ability to work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, primary care physicians, and other mental health professionals
• Experience with electronic health records (EHR) and related documentation preferred
