Job summary

The Village South is seeking a licensed clinical professional to conduct in-home/on-site assessments for adolescents and provide individual and family therapy in South Florida. The role requires collaboration with clinical teams, documentation, and adherence to licensing and Medicaid standards.

Qualified candidates will have a master’s degree in a related field, Florida licensure (LCSW/LMHC/LMFT) or CAP/MCAP certification, bilingual abilities preferred, and reliable transportation to serve

Qualifications

• Two years of supervised work experience in providing individual/family therapy.
• Master's degree in related field (Addiction Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, etc.).
• Bilingual preferred.
• CPR Certification and First Aid Certification required; TB test.
• Pre-Employment Drug Testing and Criminal Records Checks clearance.
• Reliable transportation; familiarity with Miami-Dade/Broward counties.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home/on-site assessments for adolescents.
• Provide in-home/on-site individual therapy as needed.
• Provide in-home/on-site family therapy as needed.
• Monitor clinical systems, procedures, and standards of the program.
• Review Interpretive Summaries and Wellness/Recovery Plans with the team.
• Document all clinical services per licensing, Medicaid, and Joint Commission standards.
• Prepare discharge summaries as needed.
