Job summary

Every Child's Hope is seeking a compassionate therapist to join its Family Solutions for Kids (FSK) program in Saint Louis County, MO. The role provides in-home and virtual therapy to children and families, delivering individual and family therapy and helping families build natural supports through wraparound services.

Your Role:

As a Therapist in the FSK program, you will play a vital role in providing in-home and virtual therapy to children and families in St. Louis County. You will have the chance to make a real impact on the lives of families facing difficulties in family functioning. Your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough assessments in homes, schools, or other community settings, gaining a comprehensive understanding of the family's needs.
• Delivering individual and family therapy tailored to each family's unique requirements.
• Assisting families in developing natural supports through wraparound services, fostering a supportive network for their well-being.

Job Type: Full-time, Salary Exempt

Pay: From $55 000 per year

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday

Qualifications

• PLPC/LPC, LMFT and LMSW/LCSW, although candidates currently enrolled in a master’s level related field are welcome to apply
• Preferred 1-2 years of experience in providing therapy to children and families, though recent master's degree graduates are welcome to apply.
• Availability for some evening hours to accommodate families' schedules.
• A Master's Degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a related field.
• Driver's License (Required)
