Job summary

North Long Beach Post Acute is hiring a Therapist to join our dedicated team. This role offers a competitive hourly pay range of $32–$42 and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision coverage.

The Therapist will assess residents’ needs, develop personalized therapy plans, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to maximize residents’ quality of life through physical, occupational, speech, or recreational therapy based on specialty.

Qualifications

• Degree in relevant therapy field.
• State licensure in therapy field (if applicable).
• 1-3 years of experience in healthcare or long-term care setting.
• Strong assessment, treatment planning, and documentation skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Compassionate nature with a strong desire to improve the lives of residents.

Responsibilities
