Job summary

Radiant Health seeks compassionate Outpatient Therapists to join our behavioral health team. Openings in Marion and Hartford City offer opportunities to serve children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families with evidence-based services.

As part of an interdisciplinary team, you will conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, provide therapy in multiple formats, and maintain HIPAA-compliant documentation while pursuing ongoing education and professional growth.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in mental health discipline.
• Temporary or associate license to practice in the State of Indiana.
• Ability to understand all Federal, State and local regulations that are applicable to the practice of Social Work, Mental Health counselor, or Marriage and Family Therapist.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with an empathetic and respectful approach to clients and families.

Responsibilities

• Conduct biopsychosocial assessments, diagnostic updates, and mental status examinations.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and DMHA safety plans.
• Provide individual, family, couples, and group therapy.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment as needed.
• Respond to crisis situations with professionalism and compassion.
• Help clients develop healthy coping strategies and life skills.
• Maintain accurate, timely, HIPAA-compliant clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary treatment team to coordinate client care.
• Work with individuals experiencing a wide range of mental health concerns and life challenges.
• Participate in continuing education and professional development opportunities.
• Receive training and support in addictions treatment if desired.
