Job description

Oasis Treatment is an integrated behavioral health organization offering trauma-informed care for individuals experiencing substance use disorder, mental health challenges, and co-occurring needs. With multiple locations across Oregon, we provide accessible, culturally responsive care through high-intensity outpatient (HIOP), intensive outpatient (IOP), outpatient, psychiatric services, peer mentoring, and access to recovery housing. We prioritize individualized treatment, measurable outcomes, and compassionate support for every patient we serve.

What you’ll do
  • Support clients through trauma-informed, person-centered services
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including peers, therapists, prescribers, and leadership
  • Help drive outcomes-based care and ensure fidelity to the highest clinical standards
  • Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to a culture of quality and compliance
Qualifications
  • Relevant certification or licensure based on role (QMHA, CADC, LCSW, etc.)
  • Experience in behavioral health, addiction treatment, or related social services
