Therapist is responsible for providing direct clinical services to clients with brain injury and behavioral health needs in a contract, hybrid role based in Grand Rapids, MI, with some work-from-home flexibility. Day-to-day tasks include conducting comprehensive assessments, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, and delivering trauma-informed therapy using evidence-based modalities. The Therapist coordinates care with a multidisciplinary team, participates in case conferences, and maintains timely and accurate clinical documentation in accordance with regulatory and payer requirements. The role also involves regular communication with clients, families, and external partners to support continuity of care and meaningful treatment outcomes.
