Job summary

Bradford Health Services is seeking a Licensed Therapist for a part-time role in Florence, Alabama. You will provide evidence-based individual, family, and group therapy, assess clients' mental health, create treatment plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support crisis intervention when needed.

Qualifications

  • Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling Psychology, Social Work, or a related mental health field.
  • Valid state licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or equivalent.
  • Demonstrated experience in providing psychotherapy and mental health counseling.
  • Strong knowledge of crisis intervention techniques and behavioral health principles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a commitment to client confidentiality.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough psychological assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions using various therapeutic modalities.

About The Role

As a Therapist, you will play a critical role in supporting individuals, families, and groups to improve their mental health and overall well‑being. You will provide evidence‑based therapeutic interventions tailored to the unique needs of each client, helping them navigate life transitions, manage emotional challenges, and develop coping strategies. Your work will involve assessing clients' mental health status, creating treatment plans, and facilitating individual or group therapy sessions. You will also collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and crisis intervention when necessary. Ultimately, your efforts will contribute to enhancing clients' quality of life and fostering resilience in the face of behavioral health challenges.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling Psychology, Social Work, or a related mental health field.
