Job summary

Recovery Centers of America in Danvers, MA is seeking a passionate Therapist to join our clinical team. You will assess clients, develop treatment goals, and provide education to clients and families.

The role requires a Master’s degree in psychology, social work, or counseling, at least 1 year of supervised experience in substance use disorder counseling, and licenses such as LMHC/LCSW. Expect a Sunday–Thursday schedule with 40 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in clinical psychology, social work, counseling, or related field.
• 1+ year of supervised experience in substance use disorder counseling.
• 1–3 years of experience working with culturally diverse populations in behavioral healthcare or substance abuse settings.
• Licenses such as MHC, LMHC, LMSW, LCSW, Ph.D. in Psychology are preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Solid organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with dual-diagnosis patients is a plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities
