Job summary

Yoso Recruiting is seeking a compassionate Therapist to join our residential mental health treatment team in the United States. You will provide individual, group, and family therapy to residential clients and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support those with acute psychiatric symptoms.

Requirements include a Master’s degree in counseling or related field and licensure. Prior experience in residential or higher level of care settings is preferred.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related behavioral health field.
• Fully licensed or associate licensed clinicians are encouraged to apply.
• Experience in a residential mental health, psychiatric, or similar higher level of care setting strongly preferred.
• Experience working with the acute psychiatric population.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, group, and family therapy to residential clients.
• Complete assessments, treatment plans, clinical documentation, and discharge planning.
• Support clients experiencing acute psychiatric symptoms and complex mental health needs.
• Collaborate with psychiatry, nursing, case management, and other members of the multidisciplinary treatment team.
• Participate in clinical meetings and ensure documentation meets regulatory and organizational standards.
• Provide crisis intervention and clinical support as needed.
