Woodland Springs in Conroe, TX, part of Lifepoint Health, is seeking a Therapist for our Adolescent Program. This full-time role includes delivering individual and group therapy, participating in treatment planning, and coordinating with families and referral sources to support recovery.
Requirements include a Master's degree in Social Work or Counseling, an active state license, and CPR and de-escalation certification (or within 30 days).

This position is responsible for supporting the needs of the department with a focus on clinical, operational, and administrative excellence.
Education: Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or equivalent required.
License: Current clinical or social work license as required by state regulations.
Certifications: CPR and De-escalation certification required or obtain within 30 days of hire.
