Job Summary:

To provide counseling and therapeutic services for consumers and families to enable them to meet their goals and to increase their quality of life related to their emotional, educational, medical, social, and physical needs. This is a Tele/Remote Therapy position. Compensation is based on the number of consultations conducted. Schedule details are yet to be announced.

Minimum Qualifications:

• You must be licensed in South Carolina.
• Applicable to the following categories:
• Therapist I: Master’s level clinician under supervision actively working towards licensure for LPC, LCSW, LMFT.
• Therapist II: Associate Licensed Clinician (LMSW, APC, AMFT) under supervision actively working towards licensure for LPC, LCSW, LMFT.
• Therapist III: Fully Licensed Clinician (LCSW, LPC, LMFT).

Major Duties and Responsibilities:

Service Responsibilities:

• Assess, evaluate, and recommend quality service delivery.
• Conduct individual and family therapy sessions utilizing evidence-supported treatment.
• Provide behavior management, education, social and coping skills building, and resource development to assist families.
• Conduct visits at home, office, community, or school as appropriate.
• Facilitate groups as required.
• Respond to calls, voicemails, and emails within 24 hours.
• Respond to crisis calls/pages within thirty minutes.
• Coordinate between clinical and medical services.
• Identify and provide community linkages based on consumer needs.
• Coordinate transportation for consumers as needed.
• Update and monitor treatment plans and case management goals.

Administrative Duties:

• Complete progress and non-billable notes for all sessions.
• Submit weekly/monthly progress reports.
• Handle reauthorization and discharge paperwork timely.
• Attend mandatory meetings and training.
• Attend court hearings, school meetings, and case reviews as necessary.
• Provide clinical leadership and guidance to paraprofessionals.
• Follow agency policies and procedures.
