Job summary

Real Therapy is seeking a licensed therapist to provide individual telehealth sessions in a fully remote role. You will assess, plan, and deliver evidence-based care tailored to each client’s goals.

You’ll maintain documentation, coordinate with other providers, monitor progress, and participate in case consultations, while upholding ethical standards and a compassionate, client-centered approach.

Qualifications

• Ability to build authentic therapeutic relationships, demonstrate empathy, and maintain strong professional boundaries.
• Proficiency in conducting assessments, creating treatment plans, and using evidence‑based therapeutic modalities.
• Strong skills in active listening, clear written and verbal communication, and collaborative problem‑solving.
• Comfort with telehealth platforms, electronic health records, and working independently in a remote environment.
• Master’s degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field.
• Current, clinical license (e.g., LPC, LCSW, LICSW, LMFT, LP, or equivalent) in applicable jurisdiction, or license eligibility.
• Experience providing individual therapy to diverse populations; commitment to inclusive, culturally responsive care.
• Ability to build and manage a consistent full‑time caseload while maintaining ethical and legal compliance with relevant regulations.

Responsibilities
