Job summary

• Active, unrestricted license in Louisiana (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or equivalent)
• Demonstrated skills in individual, couples, and/or family therapy, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, and evidence-based interventions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport, maintain professional boundaries, and work with diverse populations.
• Solid organizational and time-management abilities, including consistent documentation, caseload management, and reliability in scheduling and follow-up.
• Commitment to ethical practice, trauma-informed care, and culturally responsive services, including respect for clients of all backgrounds, identities, and experiences.
• Master’s degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related mental health field.
• Comfort working on-site in a collaborative practice setting and openness to feedback, supervision, and ongoing professional development.
• Experience with electronic health records and basic technology skills for scheduling, note-taking, and secure communication.
• Previous clinical experience in outpatient counseling or a similar mental health setting is beneficial.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Therapist role located in Bossier City, LA. The Therapist will provide individual, couples, and family counseling, including intake assessments, treatment planning, and ongoing psychotherapy sessions. Day-to-day responsibilities include maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation, coordinating care with other providers when appropriate, and adhering to ethical and legal standards of practice. The role involves developing and implementing evidence-based interventions, monitoring client progress, and adjusting treatment plans as needed. The Therapist will also participate in case consultation, collaborate with colleagues to support best clinical practices, and contribute to a positive, professional, and inclusive workplace culture.
