Job summary

Maris Grove by Erickson Senior Living is seeking a Programming Manager to plan, organize, develop, and direct the Continuing Care Program in accordance with regulations and Erickson policies. The role ensures therapeutic and recreational activities meet residents' physical, intellectual, spiritual, and emotional needs while promoting independence.

Qualifications

• Qualified therapeutic recreation specialist or licensed activities professional.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in geriatric activity/program management.
• Education may be considered in lieu of experience.
• CPR certification is preferred; other licenses may apply.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, organize, implement, and direct Continuing Care activity programs.
• Lead interdisciplinary team care planning and weekly scheduling.
• Monitor resident assessments and care plans; ensure compliance with regulations.
• Develop budgets, document expenditures, and report variances monthly.
• Market CC programming to residents, families, and staff.
